HISTORY
Our founder, Chris Sullivan, has been a house painter since 1987. You could say that he was following in his fathers footsteps, since his father has been a master house painter for over 40 years. Learning the house painting trade at an early age, Chris knew that he could turn his exceptional skills as a painter into a profitable business. It wasn’t until 2000 that Chris realized he needed to create a company to handle all the business. Recruiting members of his family, Chris was able to continue a steady pattern of growth. Chris decided to incorporate Home Repairs into his already thriving house painting business in the Fort Collins area. Now we’re able to provide a wider range of Home Improvement services to our customers throughout the greater Fort Collins, Colorado area. Step 2 - Complete assessment of your needs
Step 3 - Computerized bid created, detailing the work and material to be used
Step 4 - Bid proposal is emailed, faxed or mailed within 2 working days

OUR WORK STANDARDS
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our professional service and the quality of our work. Our workers will always be courteous & polite in your home and on site. You will know our schedule to start your home, and we'll keep in contact with you during the process. We always use drop cloths, even when we're doing work outside. In other words, the only items in or around your house that get painted are the items that you want painted. At the end of every work day all of our equipment is picked up and put in a place of your choosing.

We also provide each customer with a completed and detailed schedule of the work to be completed. That means that you know what time and where we'll be each day and for how long. If something does happen to alter that schedule, you will always be kept in the loop. After any project is completed a final walk through will always be performed. This final walk through ensures that all of your requirements have been satisfied.
